黑龙江民族职业学院，兴安苍苍，松花茫茫；三校合脉，屹立龙江。 坐落在北国冰城哈尔滨的黑龙江民族职业学院，是一所国家公办的全日制省属少数民族高等院校，由原黑龙江省民族中等专业学校（黑龙江省民族干部学院）、哈尔滨朝鲜族师范学校（黑龙江省朝鲜族教师进修学院）、齐齐哈尔民族师范学校合并组建而成。学院具有悠久的办学历史，最早可追溯到1928年张学良创办的东北蒙旗私立师范学校。
